I was in a miserable state until I noticed something at the mall that caught my attention.
There was this couple, a man and a woman, and they each carried bags in their hands. It appeared that the two of them had purchased an entirely new wardrobe just for her.
I could see her beauty even through her big sweater and trousers. She virtually resembled a magazine model, therefore it was strange that her clothing was so baggy.
They finally stopped in front of my bench, and he went off to use the restroom. I asked, "New wardrobe?" while he was away and motioned toward her bags.
She hesitantly replied, almost as if she were guilty, "Yes, I had to replace everything. I desperately needed new clothes because I recently dropped four dress sizes!" Now she had my full attention, I mean who wouldn't want to lose that much.
“How?!” I asked, perhaps a little louder than was appropriate.
“Oh! Here, let me explain. She then took out a piece of paper and jotted down a website.

I followed her advice and watched the video as soon as I got home.
Not only did the video challenge EVERYTHING I believed I knew about fitness and health, but when I started implementing their suggestions, my body underwent a total makeover!
From 202 down to 199, then 180, then 166, and finally 145...
